1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using SearchForge AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using SearchForge on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

2. Service Description

SearchForge AI is a software-as-a-service platform that provides automated SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) for websites. Our services include website crawling, content optimization, schema markup generation, internal link building, AI crawler access management, and content publishing through CMS integrations.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SearchForge to:

• •Optimize websites you do not own or have authorization to modify
• •Generate misleading, deceptive, or harmful content
• •Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• •Attempt to reverse engineer, compromise, or overload our systems

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content on your website. SearchForge generates optimization suggestions based on your existing content. You own the optimized content once it is published to your site. SearchForge does not claim ownership of any content we generate for you.

6. Billing and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly. You can set monthly budget limits to control spending. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Selected beta participants may be offered an At-Cost Pricing plan if they subscribe after beta. At-Cost Pricing means SearchForge applies no markup or profit and charges only direct third-party delivery costs, including model and API usage, infrastructure, and payment processing fees. If those direct costs increase, pricing increases by the same amount. If those direct costs decrease, pricing decreases by the same amount. At-Cost Pricing remains available only while the subscription stays active.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance.

8. Limitation of Liability

SearchForge AI is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any changes in search rankings, AI assistant citations, or business outcomes resulting from use of our platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the SearchForge dashboard. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
