When you create a SearchForge AI account, we collect your name, email address, and business name. When you connect a website, we access publicly available content on that site (pages, metadata, structured data) to provide our optimization services.

We also collect usage data such as which features you use, optimization runs you trigger, and pages you view within the SearchForge dashboard. This data helps us improve the product.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Cloudflare's global network and Neon's managed PostgreSQL databases. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Connector credentials (API keys for WordPress, Shopify, etc.) are encrypted before storage and never logged in plaintext.

4. Third-Party Services

We use OpenAI's API for content optimization and schema generation. When we send your website content to OpenAI for optimization, we do not send your personal account information. We use Cloudflare for hosting and edge computing.

5. Your Rights

You can access, update, or delete your account data at any time through the SearchForge dashboard. You can request a full export of your data or request account deletion by contacting us at [email protected].

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
