Privacy Policy

SEO Agent Foundry processes user data to deliver autonomous SEO services. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, authentication identifiers.
• Billing data: Stripe customer and subscription IDs.
• Service data: campaign objectives, generated briefs, performance metrics, change logs.
• Integration data: limited tokens for CMS, GitHub, or other connectors, stored encrypted and scoped per workspace.

2. How we use data

We use your data to run the agent workflow, issue invoices via Stripe, monitor platform health, and send operational emails (e.g., weekly digests).

3. Data sharing

We share data with processors required to deliver the service: Microsoft Azure (AI inference, hosting), Supabase (database), Vercel (frontend hosting), Stripe (billing), and optional integrations you connect (Notion, Google Docs, Resend). We do not sell personal data.

4. Security

Access tokens are stored in Supabase with least privilege. Production services run on Azure with network policies and logging. Report issues to security@seo-agent-foundry.ai.

5. Retention

We retain generated briefs and logs while your subscription is active, then purge or anonymize them within 60 days after termination unless required by law.

6. Your choices

You can request deletion of your account, export of campaign data, or removal of stored connectors by contacting support. Turning off autopilot or removing tokens revokes future automated changes.
